Mango Salsa
A sweet and tangy salsa to go with fish or chicken (can be made with frozen mango).
Portion Size: 1/4 cup

  Ingredients 4
  Cilantro,fresh,chopped 1 1/10 Tbsp
  Salt 1/10 Tsp
  Honey 3/4 Tsp
  Mango 8 1/2 Tbsp
  Bell Peppers 3/8 Cup
  Red Onion,finely Chopped 2 1/8 Tbsp
  Juice, Lime 1 1/10 Tbsp
       
Procedures:  
1. Finely dice peppers, cilantro, & onions, then mix with mango, lime juice, honey, salt, & pepper.
   
2. Refrigerate salsa until ready to serve.
3. Serve 1/4 cup per person.
