Honey | 1/3 Cup | ||
Mango | 5/8 Gallon | ||
Bell Peppers | 1 7/8 Quart | ||
Red Onion,finely Chopped | 2 1/2 Cup | ||
Juice, Lime | 1 1/4 Cup | ||
Procedures: | |||
1. | Finely dice peppers, cilantro, & onions, then mix with mango, lime juice, honey, salt, & pepper. | ||
2. | Refrigerate salsa until ready to serve. | ||
3. | Serve 1/4 cup per person. | ||
