Procedures: |

Combine
tomatoes, olives, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, feta. |

Chill tomato
mixture until service, stir before serving. |

into thin rounds (should make 3 rounds per person). |

with oil, toast or broil until lightly browned. |
