Crestwood’s New Timekeeping System!

What is UKG Kronos?

Crestwood is launching a new timekeeping system, UKG Kronos, that will replace our current ADP E-Time clocks. This new system will streamline time entry, increase accuracy and improve the overall experience for our employees and managers.

Why are we changing from ADP to UKG Kronos?

Our current E-Time system, ADP, is ending in 2025. The move to UKG Kronos will bring an array of benefits and improvements that will greatly enhance day-to-day operations at our campuses. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

  • User-friendly interface: The new system will feature an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, ensuring a smooth and effortless experience for employees and managers alike.
  • Streamlined processes: Time entry and approval will be simplified, reducing administrative burden and facilitating efficient workflows.
  • Enhanced accuracy: With advanced features and automated mechanisms, the system will ensure heightened accuracy in recording and managing time, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Mobile accessibility: The new system will be accessible on mobile devices, allowing employees to easily view schedules, set scheduling preferences and manage availability.
  • Robust reporting and analytics: UKG Kronos will provide robust reporting capabilities and analytics, empowering leaders with valuable insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.

How will we make the change from ADP to UKG Kronos?

Campuses will be transitioned to UKG Kronos in five implementation groups starting in November 2024 through March 2025.

  • The approved implementation groups and timeline will be distributed to Administrators.
  • Our Corporate Payroll Systems Team will meet with Administrators and BOMs of each group, approximately four weeks prior to their implementation date, to discuss the communication and training plan.
  • Staff of each group will be notified approximately three weeks prior to their implementation date.
  • Required training sessions for staff will occur prior to each group’s scheduled implementation date.
  • Training documentation and videos will be posted to the Crestwood Employee Center for easy reference.
