Our George C. Lytal Scholarship Program was created in 1996 to foster professional growth within our community. Since then hundreds of our employees have received financial assistance towards their educational goals.
Our current program allows for a max of $3,000 per year for up to 3 years of assistance for accepted applicants. If you’d like to review the entire policy please login to the Intranet first, then click here.
You are eligible to participate in this program if you meet the following requirements:
- Must work 20 hours per week
- Must successfully complete introductory period
- You are not currently being counseled (formal discipline) on job performance in the last 12 months
- Your program is accredited
- Board exams and preparatory courses (one time only)
Here is how you apply:
- Fill out our application form and agreement
- Secure a recommendation from your Direct Supervisor and Administrator
- Complete course specific forms and estimated expenses
- Be sure to follow all instructions and once completed, submit to Scholarship Task Force at scholarship@cbhi.net
If you are pursuing a certification as a clinician or licensed staff, you may qualify for Crestwood’s loan assistance program after you graduate. Please first log into our Intranet and then click here to learn about that program.
