Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team
Crestwood’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Team (EDIT), was created to support our diverse community of employees and the people we serve. At Crestwood, EDIT cultivates an environment of belonging and empowerment by integrating our core values: Family, Compassion, Enthusiasm, Character, Flexibility and Commitment, with our recovery pillars: Hope, Meaningful Roles, Spirituality and Empowerment. Through EDIT’s meaningful work, Crestwood delivers impactful means of advocacy by implementing DEI trainings, policy and procedure revisions, action plans, and diversity initiatives designed to support and celebrate the unique differences of our Crestwood community. With EDIT’s invaluable contributions, Crestwood continues to establish meaning within the lives of others and hope for a better tomorrow. Employees can be confident in knowing that Crestwood is committed to increasing organizational belonging, equity, and inclusion.
As Crestwood continues to champion organizational inclusion, EDIT will focus on:
Embracing people for who they are.
Meeting the diverse needs of the people we serve, their families, and the workforce.
Monitoring and adapting social changes and practices that promote a sense of belonging.
Advocating for the inclusion of marginalized individuals and groups.
